Culinary Weekends

Designed for everyone with an interest in cooking and the rural country life of Andalusia, Portugal or Provence and very suitable for all keen cooks.

Our Residential cooking holidays run across two luxury old farms in Andalusia , La Almoraima for up to 50 Pax and La Bordalla for smaller groups up to 15 pax, Both farms are located next to the white mountain top village of Castellar de la frontera and near the prestigious village of Sotogrande were the rich and famous live. The two farms are very luxurious and beautifully furnished with works of art, stone floors, high wooden ceiling bedrooms and incredible panoramic views of the surrounding mountains all covered with olive and lemon trees. La Almoraima Is a converted Monastery from the 1400 and La Bordalla is still a famous Spanish Horse breeding farm.

Most of the fresh products, fruit and vegetables we will be using are all ingrown from our gardens and orchards along with products from local farmers and local village markets. Together with our in-house Chefs we will cook authentic dishes, we will use the cuisine as a way to introduce you to the rich cultures of the country you are visiting.
